6 Extend the anti-tip brackets (one on each side of your air conditioner) into the window tracks (the vertical track in
which your window slides up and down) until they stop.
7 Secure the brackets in place using the screws you removed.
8 Install a strip of window sealing foam to the bottom of your lower window sash, sealing any small gaps between the
window and your air conditioner, then close the window and check for gaps.
9 Fill any gaps with the included foam, as needed.
10 Extend the integrated window locks (located in the U channel) until they contact the window. For additional security,
you can install the optional sash lock.
11 To secure the lower sash in place, attach the right angle sash lock with 1/2 in. type A screws.
