The room is too cold. The set temperature is too
low.
Raise the set temperature.
There is a chemical smell
when it’s first started.
New unit. This is normal during initial use and will go away after some

louvers.
• Make sure that the filter is installed correctly.
• Check the louvers for damage.
• Make sure that your air conditioner was installed correctly
An error code appears on
the display.

minutes and the problem may resolve itself. If not, disconnect
the power, then connect it again and turn your air conditioner
on. If the error code repeats and the problem persists,
disconnect the power and contact your nearest customer
service center.
