IMPORTANT PROPANE TANK INFORMATION The propane gas and tank are sold separately. The fire table should be securely assembled and shall be constructed to maintain a fixed relationship between essential parts under normal and reasonable conditions of handling and usage. Parts not permanently secured shall be designed so they cannot be incorrectly assembled and cannot be improperly located or misaligned in removing or replacing during cleaning or other servicing. Use a standard 20 lb.

30" Square Fire Table - Black Assembling your fire table CAUTION: Assembling your fire table involves moving heavy and awkward parts and assemblies. We recommend that you get assistance during the assembly process to avoid strains or injury, or damage to the fire table parts. Note: Before you begin to assemble your fire table, make sure that all parts are present. Compare the parts with the package contents list and hardware contents above.
STEP 2: Installing the bottom plate You need: L Bottom plate CC M6 × 25 mm bolt (4) FF Phillips screwdriver (1) 1 Install the bottom plate (L) with four M6 x 25 mm bolts (CC) using the Phillips screwdriver (FF), then tighten the bolts. 2 Tighten the bolts securing the support posts to the table top with the Phillips screwdriver (FF). 12 www.insigniaproducts.
30" Square Fire Table - Black STEP 3: Installing the gas cylinder block You need: M Gas cylinder block BB M6 × 12 mm bolt (2) FF Phillips screwdriver (1) • Install the gas cylinder block (M) with two M6 x 12 mm bolts (BB) using the Phillips screwdriver (FF), then tighten the bolts. www.insigniaproducts.
STEP 4: Installing the left side panel You need: BB M6 × 12 mm bolt (4) FF Phillips screwdriver (1) J Left side panel • Install the left side panel (J) on the side support posts (I and K) with four M6 x 12 mm bolts (BB) using the Phillips screwdriver (FF), then tighten the bolts. 14 www.insigniaproducts.
30" Square Fire Table - Black STEP 5: Installing the door pane assembly You need: DD M4 × 5 mm bolt (1) EE Knob (1) CC M6 × 25 mm bolt (4) FF Phillips screwdriver (1) N Front door panel assembly 1 Place the M4 x 5 mm screw (DD) through the hole in the right-center of the door, then screw the knob (EE) onto the screw until tight.
STEP 6: Installing the side panels You need: BB M6 × 12 mm bolt (8) FF Phillips screwdriver (1) F Side and Back panels (2) • Using eight M6 x 12 mm bolts (BB), install the side and back panels (F) to the support brackets on the right and back sides of the table with the Phillips screwdriver (FF), then tighten the bolts. 16 www.insigniaproducts.
30" Square Fire Table - Black STEP 7: Preparing and installing the burner assembly You need: B Burner assembly C Thermal baffle AA STA4.2 × 9.5 mm screw (8) HH AA battery (1) FF Phillips screwdriver (1) 1 Turn the table assembly upright. 2 Using four STA4.2 x 9.5 mm screws (AA), attach the thermal baffle (C) to the bottom of the burner assembly (B) with the Phillips screwdriver (FF), then tighten the screws.
4 Place the burner assembly (B) into the square cutout in the table so that the four screw holes in the burner assembly align with the holes in the square cutout in the table and the control panel fits in the square opening in the side of the table. 5 Secure the burner assembly (B) to the table with four STA4.2 x 9.5 mm screws (AA), then tighten the screws with the Phillips screwdriver (FF). 18 www.insigniaproducts.
30" Square Fire Table - Black STEP 8: Adding the lava rocks and table lid (optional) You need: D Lava Rocks A Table Lid 1 Add one bag of lava rocks (D) evenly to the burner tray. Do not cover the ignition parts. 2 (Optional) put the table lid (A) on the burner assembly to keep the burner assembly clean. www.insigniaproducts.
STEP 9: Installing the propane tank To make sure that the propane tank is installed correctly, see IMPORTANT PROPANE TANK INFORMATION on page 6. WARNING: • Do not store a spare LP-gas tank under or near this appliance. • Never fill the tank beyond 80 percent full. • Place the dust cap on the tank valve outlet whenever the tank is not in use. Use the dust cap that is provided with the tank valve. Other types of caps or plugs may result in leakage of propane.
30" Square Fire Table - Black To disconnect the tank 1 Open the door in the front of your fire table, then loosen the wing nut that secures the tank in the tray. 2 Fully close the tank valve by turning it clockwise. 3 Turn the coupling nut counterclockwise until the regulator assembly detaches, then remove the tank. www.insigniaproducts.
STEP 10: Testing for gas leaks WARNING: • Perform all leak tests outdoors. • Extinguish all open flames. • NEVER leak test when smoking. • Do not use your fire table until all connections have been leak tested and do not leak. 1 Use a leak detection solution. OR Make a two to three ounce leak detection solution (one part liquid dish washing detergent and three parts water). 2 Make sure that your fire table valve is OFF. 3 Apply several drops of the solution where the hose attaches to your fire table.

Before you begin using your fire table WARNING: CARBON MONOXIDE HAZARD For outdoor use only. Never use inside a house, or other unventilated or enclosed areas. Your fire table consumes air (oxygen). Do not use in unventilated or enclosed areas to avoid endangering your life. WARNINGS: • Very hot while in operation! • Never lean over your fire table while in use. • Do not touch the tile of the spark guard while your fire table is in operation. Wait until your fire table has cooled down after use.
30" Square Fire Table - Black Using your fire table Lighting your fire table WARNING: Be careful when attempting to manually ignite your fire table. Pressing the control knob for more than 10 seconds before igniting the gas can cause a ball of flame upon ignition. WARNING: Avoid inhaling fumes emitted from your fire table’s first use. Smoke and odor from the burning of oils used in manufacturing will appear. Both the smoke and odor dissipates after approximately 30 minutes.
Adjusting the flame The burner flame should be blue with straight yellow tops. The flames should not be all yellow or produce thick black smoke, indicating an obstruction of airflow through the burners. Maintaining your fire table WARNING: Do NOT touch or move your fire table for at least 45 minutes after use. Cleaning your fire table Periodically clean the exterior surfaces of your fire table with warm soapy water. Never use flammable or corrosive cleaning agents. Notes: • While cleaning your fire table, be sure to keep the area around the burner dry at all times. • Do not submerge the control valve assembly in water. If the gas control has been submerged in water, do NOT use it. It must be replaced.
30" Square Fire Table - Black Troubleshooting your fire table Only a qualified service person should repair gas passages and associated components. CAUTION: Always allow your fire table to cool before attempting service. PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE Make sure that the regulator is securely attached to the propane tank, see STEP 9: Installing the propane tank on page 20. Open the propane tank valve. The propane tank is low or empty Replace the propane tank.
PROBLEM Carbon build-up or thick black smoke Gas odor with extreme yellow/orange tipping of flame POSSIBLE CAUSE Dirt or film on burner Clean the burner. Blockage in the burner Remove any blockage and clean the burner inside and out. A new burner may have residual oil/solvent from manufacturing Burn for 15 minutes, then try again. Spider webs or insect nest in Clean burner/valve and try again.
