Understanding the error codes
Your washer is equipped with an automatic error-monitoring system to
detect and diagnose problems at an early stage.
Specifications
Clothes are
staining
• Remove your clothes from the washer as soon as the cycle is
complete.
• Always wash dark colors separately from light colors and
whites.
• Never wash heavily-soiled clothes with lightly-soiled clothes.
Clothes are
wrinkling
• Remove your clothes from the washer as soon as the cycle is
complete.
• Do not pack your clothes tightly into the washer. The lid should
close easily.
• Make sure that the water hoses are connected to the correct
water inlets.

E1 Your washer takes more than
30 minutes to fill with water.
After water finishes entering
your washer, the water level has
not changed in five minutes.
• Make sure that the lid is not open.
