Setting the BD-Live Internet access level
1 Turn on your player.
If no disc is in the disc tray, the HOME menu is
displayed.
Or
If a disc is in the tray, press HOME. The
HOME menu is displayed.
2 Press S T W or X on the remote control to
highlight SETTINGS, then press ENTER. The
SETTINGS menu opens.
3 Press S or T to highlight Network.
4 Press ENTER.
5 Press S or T to highlight BD-Live connection,
then press ENTER.
6 Press S or T to highlight an access level, then
press ENTER. You can select:
• Permitted—Always allows Internet access.
• Partial Permitted—Allows internet access to
BD-Live content with valid certificates only.
• Prohibited—Never allows Internet access.
Setting the screen saver activation time
Your player has a screen saver feature that turns the
the displays the Insignia logo when your player is
inactive. The logo moves around the screen to
prevent screen burn-in. You can set the amount of
time you want your player to wait before activating
the screen saver.
To set screen saver activation time:
1 Turn on your player.
If no disc is in the disc tray, the HOME menu is
displayed.

If a disc is in the tray, press HOME. The
HOME menu is displayed.
2 Press S T W or X on the remote control to
highlight SETTINGS, then press ENTER. The
SETTINGS menu opens.
3 Press S or T to highlight System.
4 Press ENTER. Screen Saver is highlighted.
5 Press ENTER, then press S or T to highlight the
amount on time your player is inactive before it
displays the screen saver. You can select 5
minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or 20 minutes.
6 Press ENTER.
