WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU BEGIN n For your satisfaction and safety, read all instructions, cautions, warnings and dangers before installing or using this instant hot water dispenser. n This particular unit is not intended for commercial use. n Make sure that all electrical wiring and connections conform to local codes. n A standard 115-volt grounded electrical outlet is required under the sink for the dispenser’s electrical power.

2A 3 INSTALLING THE DISPENSER n RemoveMounting the Nut spout by loosening the set screw in spout holder Rubber approximately Gasket 2 full turns and pull out spout. n Mount the unit through the 1 3/8" T-fitting WATER CONNECTION OPTIONS T-fitting 1/4" Diameter Tube Wing Nut Rubber Gasket Wing Nut Saddle valve option (not supplied): n Follow the directions for place with spout removed, slip the rubber gasket and mounting nut over the valve lever and hand tighten the nut on the threaded barrel.
4A CONNECTING WATER TO DISPENSER n Bend and position the 1/4" copper line from the dispenser so it fits into the cold water supply. With one hand, support the copper line coming out of the tank and bend the tube with the other hand. 5A FILL THE TANK & CONNECT POWER n First, open the shutoff valve all the way and see if your connections are watertight. If there are any leaks carefully re-tighten all connections. n Do not kink. Bend tube carefully.
CARE AND USE Electric Shock Hazard: Using an ungrounded or improperly connected appliance can result in serious injury or death from electrical shock. This appliance must be grounded. This instant hot water dispenser is equipped with a cord that has a grounding conductor and a grounding pin. The plug must be connected to an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

4A RACCORDER L’EAU AU DISTRIBUTEUR Dommages à la propriété : assurez-vous que les coudes du tube soient lisses et non pas tordus. N’utilisez pas de produit d’étanchéité en pâte sur les raccordements de conduite d’eau. Resserrez bien les raccords à compression, mais sans trop resserrer. B n Pliez et placez la conduite de cuivre de 1/4 po du distributeur pour qu’elle s’ajuste dans l’alimentation d’eau froide.
