E01 – Sensor is disconnected
E02 – Sensor is short-circuited
Unplug the multicooker from electrical
outlet, wait 30 seconds, then re-plug
power cord to outlet
If the error code remains, contact the
Customer Care Team

Press and hold + under Time for 5
seconds—note the icons for “Sound ON”
and “Sound OFF”.
Plug does not t fully into outlet
Prong may have become misshapen
