Troubleshooting Problem Leak Sensor is unable to communicate with another INSTEON device Possible Cause Leak Sensor and the other device are out of range It takes a long time for one or more of Leak Sensor’s responders to respond The other device is near a localized powerline noise source or attenuator Leak Sensor is repeatedly retrying to control a missing responder Leak Sensor can turn responder on, but not off Leak Sensor is not designed to turn off responders.
