Not receiving
important
updates
about insulin
therapy
You force stopped
the Omnipod 5 app.
Force stopping is
not the same as
locking your screen
or putting your app
to sleep. It means
stopping the app
from running in
the background.
e app must be
running in order
to notify you of
important updates
regarding your
insulin therapy.
¾ Open the app so you can receive
important updates.
Note: Even if you did force stop the
Omnipod 5 app, your Pod is still
communicating with it and delivering
insulin according to the last instruction
it received.
