15.4.4. Overlay Destination Window Position/Size Registers
These registers allow for the positioning of the overlay data relative to the graphics display or the
secondary display active region. It allows pixel accurate positioning. When using a secondary display,
the area outside the overlay windows will be black RGB(0,0,0).

will begin.
Display Horizontal Left in pixels 0=begin at display left edge
