Step 3. Select Exit ➙ Exit saving changes.
Change the special key settings
Step 1. Start the Lenovo setup utility.
Step 2. In the Lenovo setup utility, select Configuration ➙ Hotkey Mode and press Enter. Then, select
Disabled or Enabled as desired.
Step 3. Select Exit ➙ Exit saving changes.
Enable or disable the Always on USB function
For some Lenovo computers that come with the Always on USB connectors, you can enable or disable the
Always-on function in the Lenovo setup utility.
Step 1. Start the Lenovo setup utility.
Step 2. In the Lenovo setup utility, select Configuration ➙ Always On USB and press Enter. Then, select
Disabled or Enabled as desired.
Step 3. Select Exit ➙ Exit saving changes.
Note: When the computer is working on battery power and you need to charge devices through the Always
On USB connector even when the computer is turned off or in sleep mode, do the following:
1. Start the Lenovo setup utility.
2. In the Lenovo setup utility, select Configuration ➙ Always On USB and press Enter. Then, select
Enabled
.
3. Select Charge in Battery Mode to Enabled
. The option Charge in Battery Mode is displayed
only
when Always On USB is enabled.
