9.2 Package Mechanical Drawing (PMD)
The package mechanical drawings are shown as package A size 52.5 mm x 45 mm,
Figure 9-2 and Figure 9-3, and package B size 52.5 mm x 51 mm Figure 9-4 and
Figure 9-5. The drawings include dimensions necessary to design a thermal solution for
the processor. These dimensions include:
1. Package reference with tolerances (total height, length, w
idth, and so forth)
2. IHS parallelism and tilt
3. Land dimensions
4. Top-side and back-side component keep-out dimensions
5. Reference datums
