6.0 Thermal Test Vehicle Information
The Intel Celeron D Processor Thermal Test Vehicle (TTV) is a FC-mPGA4 package assembled
with a thermal test die. The cooling capability of a specific system thermal solution may be
assessed using the thermal tool in a system environment. The TTV is designed for use in platforms
targeted for the Intel Celeron D Processor.
