Displays the maximum processor speed at current
settings. Defined as current host clock frequency x
maximum non-turbo ratio.
This BIOS setting is present only on Intel® Desktop
Boards where the Host Clock Frequency or Maximum
Non-Turbo Ratio have been overridden.
