The LAN subsystem consists of the following:
• Intel 82566DM-2 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (10/100/1000 Mbits/sec)
• Intel 82801IDO ICH9DO
• RJ-45 LAN connector with integrated status LEDs
Additional features of the LAN subsystem include:
• CSMA/CD protocol engine
• LAN connect interface between ICH9DO and the LAN controller
