The TTV heater can be accessed by attaching wires to the processor power and ground planes by
tapping through voltage regulator capacitor pads (See Figure 13).

It is recommended the resistance between the power and ground planes be measured with the
socket empty to make sure that the planes are separated (i.e., open circuit). See Figure 14.

With the TTV in the socket, the resistance can be measured as above and the value should be
60 , ±5%. If not, there may be a wiring problem or the TTV may be damaged.
