Cooling Subsystem Cooling Subsystem The Intel® Server System R1304BTSSFAN, R1304BTLSFAN and R1304BTLSHBN cooling subsystem consists of three fans, CPU air duct, and PS/electronics bay isolation air baffle. These components provide the necessary cooling and airflow to the system. A fan on the processor heatsink is not needed. To maintain the necessary airflow within the system, the air duct and the top cover must be properly installed.
