Corrective Action / Resolution
Verify the Platform ID in the BIOS menu and contact Intel using your normal warranty process if the server boards are
affected by this issue. Please indicate that you are calling regarding TA-1043-02 when you contact Intel. Have the
following information when you call: the MM#, the Product Code, and the serial number(s) of the affected product(s).
Please contact your Intel Sales Representative if you require more specific information about this issue.
