APPLICATION, WHETHER OR NOT INTEL OR ITS SUBCONTRACTOR WAS NEGLIGENT IN THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE,
OR WARNING OF THE INTEL PRODUCT OR ANY OF ITS PARTS.
