This 1.35V line is supplied by the main board.
This 1.35V line is used by processor 1 memory slots C and D.
1. Ensure all cables are connected correctly.
2. Check the DIMMs are seated properly.
3. Cross test the DIMMs. If the issue remains with the DIMMs on this socket, replace the main
board, otherwise the DIMM.

2. If the issue remains, replace the riser.
3. If the issue remains, replace the main board.
4. If the issue remains, replace the power supplies.
