Bootable CD-ROM/DVD-ROM Disk Is Not Detected
Check the following:
Make sure the BIOS is configured to allow the CD-ROM to be the first bootable device.

BIOS POST Beep Codes
The following table lists the POST error beep codes. Prior to system video initialization, the BIOS uses these
beep codes to inform users of error conditions. Please note that not all error conditions are supported by the
BIOS beep codes.

3 Memory error.
Make sure the DDR3 memory DIMMs comply with the system
requirements.
Make sure the DDR3 memory DIMMs were populated according to the
system requirements.
Remove the DDR3 memory DIMMs and re-seat them.
Replace the DDR3 Memory DIMMs with known good modules.

following additional beep codes:

1-5-2-1 No CPUs installed or first CPU socket is empty.
1-5-4-2 Power fault: DC power unexpectedly lost (power good dropout).
1-5-4-4 Power control fault (power good assertion timeout).
