3. Challenges

This chapter identifies and addresses the challenges in Fan and Chassis identification.

3.1 Fan Identification

Check the chassis for fan configuration. The fans can be identified from the connection points or

headers on the motherboard. The fan points are marked on the motherboard clearly as CPU/

Memory/System Fans. For more details on component layout please refer to the Intel
