 XGA (1024 x 768) or higher resolution monitor
 100 Mbps Ethernet with a static IP address

 Server (SP1), Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or later, DirectX 9.0c or later (for MPEG2/4)

Installation Procedure
1. Insert the CD in the CD-ROM drive and double-click “SimpleMultiViewer.setup” in the CD’s root
folder.
2. Simply follow the Installation Wizard’s instruction.
3. You will be asked where you wish to install the program. Unless specified otherwise, the program is
normally installed in C:\Program Files\Simple Multi Viewer
4. Click your way through the Installation Wizard.
5. When the installation is finished, open Simple Multi Viewer from Start > All Programs or click the
program icon on your desktop:
NOTE:
Both Simple Multi Viewer and MS Internet Explorer utilize ActiveX. If you install new firmware on your
camera, sometimes the ActiveX control of your Web browser is also upgraded through an automated
upgrade process. In those cases, you have to uninstall the current Simple Multi Viewer and install the
updated version from www.networkipcamera.com.
