The following message appears, asking you if you want to replace the
on hand amount with the inventoried amount for this site. Click Ye s to
continue. (Clicking No will cancel updating the on hand quantity with
the inventoried quantity for this site.)
3. The On Hand quantity for the inventory is updated with the Invento-
ried quantity for the entire site.
Deleting
Inventoried
Values
If you have not enabled the Replace On-Hand Quantities system option,
you also have the option to delete inventoried values by site item or site
location. To delete inventoried values, please refer to the following instruc-
tions:
1. In the Inventory Data form, select the item or location whose invento-
ried values you want to delete. Next, click the Delete Inventoried Val-
ues button.
