History Reports
The following history reports are available in the Select Reports form
(Reports > Select Reports). For more information, please refer to
“Reach-
ing the Select Reports Form” on page 238.
Note: To have accurate history data for these reports, the Log History
option must be enabled in the System Options form (Tools > Setup > Sys-
tem Options/Options tab).
Inventory
History
Reports
Please refer to “Inventory Reports” on page 238 for more information about
these reports:
• History by Date: Lists transaction history by date for the date range
specified. Report values include: Transaction Date and Time, Order #
and Item#, Description and Transaction Type, User ID, UOM, Alter-
nate item # and Quantity, and Net Balance.
• History by Item: Lists transaction history by item number for the item
number range and the date range specified. Report values include:
Transaction Date, Transaction Time, Transaction Description, User ID,
Order #, Location, UOM, Quantity, Net Balance, and Balance at Site.
Picking
History

Please refer to “Picking Reports” on page 244 for more information about
these reports:
• Picking History Lots/Dates by Customer: Shows picking order trans-
action history by customer ID. The report also shows lot and expiration
date information for the items included in the picking order.
• Picking History Lots/Dates by Item: Shows picking order transaction
history by item number. The report also shows lot and expiration date
information for the items included in the picking order.
• Picking History Lots/Dates by Order: Shows picking order transac-
tion history by picking order number. The report also shows lot and
expiration date information for the items included in the picking order.
Receiving

• Receiving History Lots/Dates by Item: Shows receiving order trans-
action history by item number. The report also shows lot and expiration
date information for the items included in the receiving order.
