Printing and Previewing Item and Location
Labels
To preview and print bar code labels for inventory item data and for loca-
tion data, please follow the steps below.
1. Select Reports > Bar Code Labels > Bar Code Labels from the menu
bar. The Bar Code Labels form appears.
2. In the Label Type portion of the form, select a label type:
• Location: print a specified range of location labels in the label print-
ing software application.
• Item #: print a specified range of item labels in the label printing
software application.
• Item #/Description: print a specified range of item/description
labels in the label printing software application.
• Item #/Location: print a specified range of item/location labels in
the label printing software application.
3. In the Label List portion of the form, select the preformatted label type
that you want to print.
