ISRP Receiving Reports
Receiving Report Description
Backordered P.O.s Lists unfilled receiving orders that have a
partial received quantity.
Closed Receiving Orders Lists closed receiving orders by site, order
number range, order date range, due date
range, and receive date range specified.
Also lists items in the order by item number,
item description, alternate item number,
unit of measure, ordered quantity, received
quantity, item balance, any item comments,
and the transaction date.
New Receiving Orders The New Receiving Orders Report lists the
new receiving orders and displays the fol-
lowing information about the order: order
number, associated vendor, ISRP user,
item number, item description, and item
unit of measure for all items in the order,
ordered quantity, received quantity, quantity
balance, and transaction date.
Open Receiving Order
Items
This report will filter all open receiving
orders that contain the item or items
selected. For the item(s), the report lists the
item number, item description, item unit of
measure, the order number, order date and
due date, the ordered quantity of the item,
the received quantity of the item and the
remaining order balance for the item.
Open Receiving Orders The Open Receiving Orders report displays
open receiving orders. The order number,
vendor information, user information, order
date, due date, and receive date are dis-
played. Additionally, this report lists the
item(s) in the order. For each item, it pro-
vides the item description, alternate item
number, unit of measure, the ordered quan-
tity, received quantity, order quantity bal-
ance and transaction date.
