Loosely attach
top bolts

Fit panel
studs into
bottom
bracket,
then loosely
attach to
top bracket
Insert panel
filler caps into
panel filler
post top and
bottom. Insert
post into
bottom
bracket first,
then into top
bracket. Then
tighten all
bolts firmly
