• IP server: Enter the server address for IPServer.
• ezDDNS: Enter the host name. It will automatically register it online.
4. Click Save to save the settings.
To configure Email settings:
1. Click Configuration > Remote Configuration > Network Settings > TCP/IP
to set the IPv4 Address, IPv4 Subnet Mask, IPv4 Default Gateway and the
Preferred DNS Server.
2. Click the Configuration > Remote Configuration > Network Settings >
Email. The Email Settings window appears.
3. Check Authentication if your mail server requires authentication. Enter the
login user name and password.
4. Enter the required settings.

Authentication
If your mail server requires authentication, check this checkbox
to use authentication to log in to this server and enter the login
User Name and Password.
SMTP server
Enter the SMTP server’s IP address.
SMTP port
Enter the SMTP port. The default TCP/IP port for SMTP is 25.
Enable SSL
Check the box to enable SSL if it is required by the SMTP
server. This feature is optional.
Interval
The interval represents the time range in between the alarm
images being sent. For example, if you set the interval at two
seconds, the second alarm image will be sent two seconds after
the first alarm image.

tached Snapshot Check the box if you want to send email with attached alarm
JPEG images.
Sender
Enter the name of the sender of the email.
Sender’s address
Enter the sender’s email address.
Choose
receiver Select an email recipient. Up to three receivers can be selected.
Receiver
Enter the name of the receiver of the email.
Receiver’s address
Enter the email address of the receiver.
5. Click Test to the test email settings.
Note: We recommend that you test the email settings after entering values in
the email window.
6. Click Save to save the settings.
To configure NetHDD settings:
Note: Ensure that the network storage device is available within the network
and is properly connected. Also the network storage device must be
configured with NAS or IP SAN mode.
