List of IP cameras added to the recorder
1. Quick Add: Add the selected cameras from
the search results list to the recorder
system without modifying the camera
configuration.
2. Search: Search the network for available IP
cameras.
3. Add: After entering the details of a camera
in the configuration window, add it to
recorder system.
4. Advanced Set: Modify the settings of a camera.
5. Refresh: Update the information displayed on a
camera in the recorder device list.
6. Live view: View selected IP camera.
7. Delete: Delete selected IP camera.
There are two ways to add a camera to the recorder:
• Quick Add: Interlogix IP cameras are automatically discovered if they are located
on the same LAN as the recorder.
• Manual: Use this method if the IP cameras are located on a different LAN from the
recorder or if you are using third party IP cameras.
To automatically add an IP camera
1. From the menu toolbar, click Camera Management > Camera.
2. Click Search to locate any IP cameras located in the recorder LAN. When the
search is complete, a list of the available cameras is shown.
3. Check the boxes of the desired cameras that you want to add to the recorder
system.
