30 IP30 Handheld RFID Reader User’s Guide
Calling Intermec Product Support
You may need to call Intermec Product Support if you have
problems operating the IP30. Before calling, be sure you can
answer the following questions:
What were you doing when the error occurred?
What error message did you see?
Can you reproduce the problem?
What versions of the IP30 and RFID software are you using?
For help viewing software versions, refer to the mobile
computer user’s manual.
