The EasyCoder 4440 is a 400 dpi, high
capacity industrial strength printer based
on the field proven EasyCoder 4420. The
400 dpi print resolution makes the 4440
ideal for applications requiring excep-
tional print quality, such as 2D bar codes,
small text, graphic images and small
linear bar codes. The new industrial
metallic gray color fits into a wide variety
of application settings. The 4440 features
a ten inch per second print speed. The
design allows for a full 8” diameter roll of
media and 450 m (18,000”) ribbon to
maximize operator productivity. When
equipped with the optional internal self-
strip and full roll batch take-up the 4440
can print and rewind a full 8” diameter
media roll.
The 4440 offers a variety of connectivity
features and options to suit your particu-
lar environment. The 4440 printer comes
standard with bi-directional parallel and
high-speed RS-232 communication
interfaces. The optional internal Ethernet
adapter provides high throughput and
network management without the
complexity, space requirements and
fragility of external print servers. A heavy-
duty cutter with tray option is also
available.
Intermec LabelShop™ START design and
print software and InterDriver™ Windows
printer drivers are included, free of charge,
with every printer.
