System Network Services
This section lists the network services you can manage from the
printer. You will only see Manage Services from the menus if you have
an Ethernet or Wireless module installed in the printer. To view these
services:
• From the printer Main Menu, select Settings > System Settings >
Manage Services.
• From the printer web page, click the Configure tab > System
Settings > Manage Services.
Service Description Default
Web Server Determines if the web server is enabled in the printer. Enable
FTP Determines if the printer can use File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Enable
Avalanche Determines if the printer can be managed by Wavelink Avalanche. Enable
Net1 Determines if the printer can use Telnet to communicate with
Fingerprint.
Enable
SmartSystems Determines if the printer can be managed by Intermec
SmartSystems Foundation.
Enable
SNMP Determines if the printer can use SNMP. Enable
LPR Determines if the printer can use the line printer server (LPR)
daemon.
Enable
IKEv2 Determines if the printer can use IKEv2. Disable
SSH Determines if the printer can use Secure Socket Handling (SSH). Enable
