INSTALLATION Commercial & Residential There are three (3) basic requirements necessary to assure a long lasting, attractive Centiva® floor: 1. Proper Subfloor Preparation 2. Installation 3. Adhesives The following guidelines will help to ensure complete satisfaction with your installation by fulfilling these requirements. Centiva tiles and planks are suitable for surfaces on above and below grade. Centiva can be installed over concrete or wood subfloors. 1.0 SUBFLOOR PREPARATION 1.
2.0 INSTALLATION Before any installation takes place, please read the following information carefully: − All Centiva tiles and planks should be present at the jobsite for 48 hours at a temperature between 68-72 degrees F in order to acclimate properly. Avoid installations with temperatures above 80 degrees F and below 60 degrees F. All Centiva tiles and planks are duplications of natural or real products; therefore, shades and pattern variations will occur.

It is suitable for office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, nursing homes, etc. IFA D-2001 adhesive contain one or more micro-biocides to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew.
3.3 IFA PS-5000 Pressure Sensitive Vinyl Tile and Plank Adhesive Description & Data: Surface Preparation: PS-5000 adhesive is solvent-free, non-flammable, freeze/thaw stable, and nearly odor-free. It can be used where other adhesives might present potential health risks. It is suitable for office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, nursing homes, etc. PS-5000 adhesive contains one or more micro-biocides to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew.
3.4 IFA EP-2000 Epoxy Adhesive (Solvent Free) Description & Data: Surface Preparation: Parts A & B IFA EP-2000 adhesive is solvent-free, non-flammable, and nearly odor-free. It can be used where other adhesives might present potential health risks. It is suitable for use in office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, nursing homes, etc. IFA EP-2000 is recommended for the installation of vinyl flooring products on approved sub-floors.
CHEMICAL AND STAIN RESISTANCE This test was conducted in accordance with ASTM F 925, Resistance to Chemicals of Resilient Sheet Flooring. By this test, a specified reagent is applied to the surface of the flooring material and allowed to remain in contact for 60 =/- 1 minute. After the exposure of time, the reagent is cleaned from the surface using warm water and the surface dried.
