5100G Cable Connection
The 5100G adapter has one RJ-45 connector used for attaching the server to
an Ethernet twisted pair copper segment. The port is auto-negotiating and
supports full-duplex operation.
1. Prepare an appropriate cable.
The following table lists cable characteristics required for connecting to
10/100/100 Base-T ports:

2. Connect one end of the cable to the ITI-5100G/GF adapter.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to a Gigabit Ethernet network port.
Note: The adapter port LEDs are not functional (they will not reflect
port link or data status) until the adapter driver software is installed.
