 Check the Final Approval option in the lower right corner.
 Press the
button to save the created report.
 Press the
button to print a report for the selected patient.
CAUTION
If Final Approval is not checked, a report cannot be used as
a medical examination certificate. However, if it is checked,
the report becomes a finalized medical examination
certificate that is not editable.
