the administrator account should be created. When running
the 0LUR9LHZServer for the first time, a password for the
administrator account should be created.

Create new and edit new or existing accounts by using the
Account Management tool on the 0LUR9LHZOperator.
NOTE
Access to the 0LUR9LHZ Client at Local Mode by clicking
