1.Connectthegassampletubingtothegassampleinletofthe

3.InitiatetheflowofgastotheCheckO

1-10litersperminute(2litersperminuteisrecommended).
Ensuretheconcentrator’soutputisstablepertheconcentrator
manufacturer’srecommendations.
4.TurnontheCheckO

Plus.
5.Allowtheoxygenreadingtostabilizeforapproximately10
secondsbeforereadingtheoxygenconcentrationandflow.
6.Tocheckpressure,coverthegassampleoutletwiththumbor
fingerwhilegasisflowing.
7.Wait5secondsforthedisplaytoreadpressure.
DONOTholdthemodebuttonwhilecheckinga
concentratororthereadingwillbeinaccurate.

button,thegasmeasurementshouldreadbetween98.5and
101.5%oxygen.Ifthegasmeasurementisnotwithinthis
range,callCustomerService.Calibrationverificationmodeis
indicatedby“CAL”and“VER”flashingonscreenbeneaththe
gasmeasurement.
4.4FactorsInfluencingAccurateReadings
EffectsofTemperature
TheCheckO

Pluscompensatesfortemperatureandwillperform
withinspecificationsthroughouttheoperatingtemperature
range.However,takingmeasurementsduringrapidchangesingas
temperatureshouldbeavoided.
EffectsofHumidity

forthehumidityofgasenteringthedevice.However,highlevels
(condensing)ofhumiditycanaffecttheaccuracyandreliabilityofthe
