Cleaning and Disinfecting the Bed
❑ Unplug the power cord of electric beds before performing maintenance.
❑ Wipe down with disinfectant. Allow to dry completely.
Pass/Fail
❑ PASS: Bed and all components have passed all of the preceding inspection criteria and
are ready for placement in a client’s home.
❑ FAIL: Bed or any of its components has failed any of the preceding inspection criteria.
Tag the bed or component with a complete description of the failure(s) and have the
bed serviced.
