Please follow the steps below to return the Reader for repair:

Þ Carefully pack the Reader and its accessories and put them

into the original antistatic foam package; Please find a

package that has protective measures, if the original package

is unavailable;

Þ Cover the items in the package with filling materials;

Þ Put a note with your RMA number into the package;

Þ Write the RMA number and “Fragile” on the surface of the

package.
