9.16.1.6 EXTERNAL SYNCHRONIZATION
With the PCM interface in slave mode, the PCM interface supports direct routing
through the sample rate converter (SRC). Any drift in PCM_FSC or other frame sync
frequencies like 44.1 kHz can be directly resampled to e.g 48kHz internal sample rate.
