CLEANING THE ICE RESERVOIR
Ice in the ice reservoir could block the outlet if ice cubes are frozen together, or due to other reasons. If so, the ice reservoir
should be cleaned or the blockage should be remedied. To prevent this, it is recommended to clean the ice reservoir
regularly.
1. Switch off the ice and water dispenser using the
key and remove the plug of the appliance from the socket.
2. Grab the components of the ice reservoir with both hands and pull it all upwards and horizontally towards you.
3. Remove the cover of the ice reservoir and move any ice cubes that are present to the reservoir in the door.
Turn the transport spring to release ice cubes that are stuck.
4. Clean the reservoir and cover with a soft damp cloth and, if necessary, a little bit of washing-up liquid.
5. Carefully wipe them dry before placing them back in the appliance.
6. Place the cover back on the ice reservoir and slide it all back in its location in the appliance. Close the door.
7. Insert the plug in the socket and switch on the ice and water dispenser by means of the
key.
Each time the door of the cooler or freezer section is opened, a noise sounds to indicate that the appliance is working.
If the door is open for too long (more than 2 seconds), an alarm is activated to indicate that the door should be locked to
maintain the temperature in the refrigerator.
In case of a power failure, all settings are saved. Once the refrigerator receives power again, it will function with the
previously selected settings.
The following error messages may occur on the display. In such a case, contact customer service.
