Setup of a LNB for
Sat meter

Tap on “ LNB Configuration ” to select the
right LNB type and to set the parameters of your
connected LNB device.
At this section you can choose between three
different LNB types, Universal, dCSS dynamic or
dCSS static. The user needs to set accordingly.
For universal LNB’s you can change the parameters
for diSEqC (1.0, 1.1), the dish position (A, B, C,
D), low band LO- and high band LO-frequency,
the polarization method (linear V/H, RHCP circular
(typical setting for circular LNB’s), rev circular)
and optional to switch on or off 0 kHz/22 kHz
& 13 V/18 V control signals, see Figure 12: LNB

For dCSS dynamic you can change the parameters
for the dish position (A, B, C, D), the frequency of
the UB, the UB number, the protocol type (SatCR/
EN50494, dCSS/EN50607), low band LO- and
high band LO-frequency, see Figure 13: LNB
configuration, dCSS.

By tapping on the round arrow with an x in the
center the application will download the UB
frequencies from a connected Unicable II™ device
and auto-fill the form.
Tap on “ Save ” at the bottom to save the data
and to go one screen backwards.
