Sat meter measurements

Tapping on the “ signal bars ” in Figure 11: Sat
meter menu or in Figure 21: New created TP
list, will display detailed signal meters as seen in
Figure 22: Signal strength.
At the top there is a sliding bar for all transponders
available of the prior selected satellite or selected
TP list.

Tap on the “ loudspeaker icon ” to hear a sound,
either based on the signal strength or MER
(buzzer source is configurable under “ Options ”).
Frequency or interval of sound will change
according to the signal amplitude of the chosen
source. This can be helpful when optimizing the
dish alignment.

When the small quadrant at the bottom right
glows green, the system is locked on to a signal,
when it glows red the system is not locked on to
a signal.

Signal strength to change parameters for the
Signal meters and buzzer. See Figure 23: Sat
meter settings.

Signal Strength Smoothing:
The “ Slider ” (from 1 to 25) allows the user to set
the level of responsiveness of the meter display.
