Tap on “ Spectrum ” in screen Figure 22: Signal
to see the spectrum of the selected transponder.
The frequency of the selected transponder will be
taped almost always to the middle of the plot.
Signal is displayed either in dBµV/MHz or dBm/
MHz and the frequency span can be chosen. See
Figure 24: Spectrum.

At this screen you will see the spectrum pattern
over the chosen span for the prior chosen TP
to further optimize or analyses your signal and
installation. If the SatPal™ Controller is connected
and configured for a dCSS configuration you will
the see the spectrum of active UBs.
Satellite footprints
Home » Sat meter » “signal bars” » Spectrum
If your SatPal™ Controller is connected to a
universal LNB or multiswitch system or to a legacy
configured dCSS multswitch you will get a list of
best fit satellites to the measured signal pattern.
See Figure 24: Spectrum.
Note: The satellite footprint information will
work for set spans between 200 MHz and 1200
MHz.
