• Remove the pump
from the heat source
or uncover the pump
• Wait a minimum of
30 minutes for the
pump to cool down
• Therapy is automati-
cally paused.
• To acknowledge
the instructions and
switch to the Pause
screen click
• Resume the therapy
after the pump is
cooled off by
clicking
Blockage
• Tubing may be
twisted
• Clamp may be
closed
• Check the tubing
to make sure it is not
twisted
• Make sure that both
clamps are open
If the tubing is blocked
or the blockage
cannot be identified,
the canister and/or
the dressing should be
changed.
