5. After completing IP configuration information, click
OK to both “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties”
and “Local Area Connection Properties” to
complete the IP configuration.
6. Choose Start > Programs > Accessories >
Command Prompt to open the DOS command
prompt window.
7. Type “ipconfig” at the D:\> prompt to determine
if the TCP/IP configuration has taken effect.
