About the StorCenter ix2-dl Components
This topic describes the front and rear panel components of the StorCenter ix2-dl.
Front Panel
Status Indicators, Buttons and Ports
1. Power/Status Indicator — Displays the current operational status of the StorCenter ix2-dl.
• Solid White — StorCenter ix2-dl is healthy.
• Flashing White — Flashes when the StorCenter ix2-dl is starting up or shutting down.
• Flashing Red — System or drive error. System software will indicate error.
• Alternating White and Red: System software will indicate error.
2. Drive Activity Indicator — Displays the current drive status of the StorCenter ix2-dl.
• Solid Blue — StorCenter ix2-dl drive is healthy.
• Flashing Blue — Read/Write activity.
• Solid Red — Drive error. System software will indicate error.
