Step 4: The LED on the dongle receiver will blink very fast for 3 seconds. This means
that ID setting is completed.
Note: If the Wireless Keyboard does not work properly, please go back to step 2.
Reminder: For optimal performance, please place the dongle receiver 20cm away
from other RF interference devices such as computer monitors and speakers.

TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Symptom Remedy
Keyboard or cursor
doesn’t function at all
• Make sure that batteries have sufficient power level.
• Follow the steps of ID setting to connect wireless
keyboard and receiver again.
The LED on RF receiver
or keyboard does not
blink if you move the
trackball or press keys
on keyboard
• Ensure computer is powered on and receiver is connected
to the USB port of computer.
• Make sure that batteries have sufficient power level.
• Unplug the receiver and plug it in again.
• Follow the steps of ID setting to connect wireless
keyboard and receiver again.
• Make sure the operation distance is within 10 meters.
Keyboard or cursor
doesn’t function
properly
z If you press a key and the ‘transmitter’ LED on the
keyboard does not blink, it could be ID lost or keyboard is
beyond RF operation range.
z Please reposition the keyboard until the LED resumes.
z If the problem persists, please go to ID setting procedure to
reset ID.
Battery low RED LED
is lighted
z Use the charging cable to connect K/B and receiver for
battery charging.
