Level 2 Diagnostics mode is signified by a blank hash mark in the upper-right hand corner of the Diagnostics mode main screen. (See the
red circle in the following figure.)
l To enter Diagnostics mode (level 2) on the SSPM, quickly insert and remove a Diagnostics card from the EMV card reader, and
press √ OK > X Cancel.
